A D V E R T I S E M E N T S
From the week I rolled off the lot, I noticed the car pulled to the left. I took it to the dealer and was told it just the way the car handle the road.
I noticed my hands would get very taxed and my arm tired after driving for extended periods because I was trying to correct to the right all the time. I bought a lifetime alignment from Sears (you can't buy them anymore) and got the car aligned at every oil change and often just because I could, at no cost. Even with brand new tires twice and a fresh alignment, it would got direct to the left.
I did complain to Chrysler as this had become a significant safety issue. The car with no effort at all would go left. Chrysler to their credit took the car and went through it and replaced the steering system. Which that allowed the car to drift in gear straight. But did not fix the issue with it scalloping left as you can see in the video when its under engine power. Chrysler engineer could not in identify what was causing the issue, and I was told this issue went through a lot of people in Detroit. SO thanks to them for making the effort.
I have since traded the vehicle.
