I bought this car June 2, 2021. On June 3, 2021 the battery light was on so I took it to the dealer. They told me it was nothing to worry about, and we asked at least for a new battery, but they refused because they tested the battery and it was fine.

Then in September 2021, on my way to work (I work 35 miles away from my home) I had the heater on, headlights, and my radar detector, and as I turned on the right blinker, the car shut off for just a second then came back on. I had multiple warning lights flashing on the dash, I finished the turn and it did it again, it kept showing me all of the different alarms.

I parked and I turned off the car and tried to restart it, it started fine. I took it to the dealer service area, they ran diagnostics and changed the battery cables. I was on my way to work, after it had run for 15 minutes, the head lights start dimming and then getting bright then dim, I call the dealer service area again.

The Battery light was back on that same night, I called and they told me to take it back in so I did, this time they replaced the alternator, Once again the light came on on the way home. Once again on my way to work more headlight dim and bright, dim then bright and acted like the battery was about dead.

I took it and Replaced the Battery with a new Battery, NOT A CHEAP ONE EITHER!!! The Battery light came back on, I took it back to them, more diagnostics.

This morning I started my car, it showed 12 volts, battery light was on AGAIN!!! After driving it 5 miles it went to 14 volts then another 3 miles it went to 16 volts, then about 2 miles later it dropped back to 14 volts, then down to 12, then back up, the battery light has not gone back off yet. Oh, but sometimes in the morning if I stop for a minute for a coffee and turn it off when I turn it back on the light id off for about 5 miles then it comes back on.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!! What is wrong with this car???

Continual electrical issues. Radio was replaced. The next month replaced the computer module, the next month replaced the battery, and 2 more batteries between October 2019, December 2019, and February 2020. It has now been towed in again with no power. Fiat is just putting a bandaid on the problem and not fixing the problem.

I went to arbitration which was denied, no one will help. I am afraid to drive it, because it is so unreliable. I have asked to talk to district manager and I am not getting any help. Is there a representative that can be contacted to fix or replace this car? It is still under factory warranty, but it is a piece of s***! Please someone help me. Thanks in advance.
