My mom bought this vehicle in March of 2020. She has had nothing but problems. This particular instance is the SECOND time this has happened. It was the battery last time. The dealership replaced the battery which was just like 2 months ago??? Last time, cars running fine. She stops to get milk on her way home, goes to get out and key won't come out. Tries to start it back up. Nothing. Key turns but it will not start. Had to have it towed to the dealership.

She only drives the car to work and home. Whats the deal?? Even having to put a slightly used vehicle in the shop ONCE! It is ridiculous! She has had this car for 7 months and it has been in the shop more than what she's had it in her possession!! There HAS GOT to be a LAW AGAINST this type of crap!!
