Window was stuck open part way, it would not go up or down. Weather was getting colder and rainy season was coming. This should have been covered under warranty, but Cathedral City, CA closed their service area. Closest service area is Ontario, CA.

NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN THAT FIAT SERVICE WAS BEING CLOSED.

The next step was to contact Fiat Road Assistance (1-800-242-6342). It should have been covered under towing, but towing (Fiat Road Assist) would not pay to take car that far. Daughter had two breast surgeries and was not able to use seat belt to take car that far. Fiat response was TOO BAD.

I contacted Ontario Fiat Service again and asked what should I do. I had bought a new car to avoid costly repairs. Their response: TOO BAD. I was also told repair (if I could get Fiat to Ontario) would take a least a week. I also inquired about getting repairs locally and having costs reimbursed. Told NO: it's ONLY COVERED IF REPAIRED AT Ontario service.

There is something terribly wrong on so many levels. I had repairs done locally and I was out $363.46.

As of 11/8/2019, the Fiat computer is generating row after row of trouble codes. Advised that local repair may not be able to replace computer.
