Consumer was traveling in a storm and windshield wiper just stopped working. Plastic part in the arm was worn out. Windshield wiper arm assembly has to be replaced rather than the part itself. Owner seeks reimbursement for repairs.

Windshield wiper blades deteriorate during the winter months. Rubber on the blades peeled away and came off. This has happened while driving in rain/snow. Consumer replaced blades during the last three winters.dealer/mfr. Contacted and no response given.
