I couldn't believe that in the middle of winter the door handle just snapped off! Found out that it was cheap piece of plastic! That part wasn't even the worst of the matter. Dodge did not include any type of a lock on ANY other part of the car so when the battery died we have NO way to be able to get into the car. Not even sure if a locksmith can get any of the doors open once the car is unlocked! (We did our research today which said that a jimmy would not work on this make/model/year.)
Would really love it if we could get some type of information about what to do (short of breaking the window), the car has just been sitting around on the side of the garage rotting away. Dodge should be completely humiliated at putting such a cheap piece of plastic on one of the most used parts of a car!
