Intermittently when applying brakes or while at a stop vehicle will stall out and die without warning. Consumer states vehicle jerks while driving, which causes doors to lock and cruise control goes off, engine revs higher than normal while at a complete stop and while driving forcing consumer to keep her foot on the brake to keep from going to fast.
I had more to report, but I ran out of space, catalytic converter, engine starter, and egr valave has also been replace. This car has been a nightmare. Almost forgot, the air conditioning had to be replace again at 51,000 milles/
The cruise control did not disengage when driver applied the brake pedal. The speed increased from 60-90 mph. Driver had to hit the off button on the steering column to disengage system. The problem has been corrected.
