While driving 45mph, hit another vehicle unexpectedly at a frontal impact which caused steering to lock up, and brakes to fail. Upon impact, driver and passenger airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupants. No prior problems with the airbag system.
Consumer was driving on smooth surface when dual airbags deployed, causing burns and minor injures to driver. There was no impact/prior accident and no undercarriage impact. Cause unknown, dealer simply wants to repack and repair the bags and return it to the driver.
Quad cab; consumer was driving at approximately 30 mph, hit a vehicle that had pulled out in front, and dual airbags did not deploy. Also, driver's side shoulder belt did not lock, causing driver to hit windshield. No prior warning of defects.

While driving around a corner at approximately 15mph the sway bar fell out. Drove to dealer & mechanic noticed the sway bar hanging & had to repair it. The 2nd incident: Had lost steering control & hit a tree. Neither air bag deployed upon impact.

Consumer was driving appoximately 50 mph. Upon impact, while driving an unfamiliar road which turned into a curve, lost control of vehicle. Hit a tree at 50mph, and neither air bag deployed. Vehicle hit head-on on the passenger's side.
While driving 30 mph on wet pavement hit a patch of ice on the road, and the vehicle went out of control. Consumer then hit a tree head-on, and driver's side air bag didn't deploy.
