I has been in shop 32 times in the past 4 years. The check engine light if for EGR Valve (been replaced 6 times). The check gauge light is for Altitude. (been in shop 9 times in 2 years). Chrysler claims nothing they can do. Also now the batterys went bad after just 2 years. I contacted Chrysler and told them this is a lemon and we qualify for that. They said toooo bad. (my truck on has 31,000 miles on it. it has been in shop more than on the road.
This is my work truck. I bought it used from a Dodge dealer with 66,033 miles. Bumper to bumper warranty for 100,000 miles. Powertrain warranty for life!!! Yea Right!!! Recall letter came on Friday. Was on the way to dealership Monday morning. Check engine ligt flashed twice. Second time it flashed computer shut down truck. I had to tow it to dealership. Truck sat for 1 week before they decided that I needed to produce all service records. I have only had truck 25,000 miles, all maintenance has been performed on schedule!!! Dodge decided fuel was DIRTY (Hello, diesel is dirty!!!!). Fuel filter parts in fuel tank, injectors and turbo dirty!!! Hello, yea that was the reason for your RECALL!!! All of these problem were listed under recall, due to your poor design!!!! Warranty covers @$7,000 of the $10,000 of repairs!!!
Dodge sucks!!! Their customer service is awful. It has been 3 weeks and I still do NOT have my truck back!!! I had to buy a new truck for my work to keep my business running!!!! As soon as I get the truck back it is For Sale !!! I will never by another Dodge vehicle and I highly encourage everyone who has one to SELL IT!!!!
