In the beginning we took it to a dealer that we have trusted when buying 2 of our 3 vehicles. The name of the dealership is Tempe Dodge, Az. When I took it in the service manager said if my vehicle was not maintained then it would not be under warranty. Told adviser that I have service records. They looked at it and told me it was dusted and would not be covered under warranty. Charged me for a diagnosis $80.00 that I did not need. The truck had severe blow by and oil running under the truck to the back. Took it for a second opinion to Bill Luke Dodge, Az. Same conclusion charged $58.00 for there diagnosis. First dealer left gravel in my air filter seal, second dealer left the air tube to turbo completely loose. Developed a knock two days later. Called Chrysler and informed them of the sabotage that occurred. Was informed by Chrysler that the service manager at Tempe Dodge would repair the truck under warranty with my service records. Truck was towed back to Tempe Dodge Monday morning. I tried to get a different service adviser was told that I could not have a new adviser and that Dave Stanley would handle it. Five days later I was denied again. I was told in his words that my pro shop receipts from Checker were bullshit and generic receipts for parts. He also stated that my truck was a pig and to get it out of there. Have had numerous conversations with Mike Purtle (service manager) with no help as of yet. Today Nov.10th, Chrysler called to say there is nothing they can do if the dealership is standing by what they have said. Spoke with Mike Purtle and requested a meeting to discuss this truck with the Chrysler regional manager. Waiting at this time for a call back. Anyone with similar problems please share your information WE WILL NOT GIVE UP!! THIS TRUCK IS A LEMON (Again its a 2007 Dodge 3500 5.9 Cummings motor)
