The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500. While driving 60 mph, the contact felt the clutch pressure plate slip and the vehicle began to shake. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that the clutch assembly failed. Through research, the contact discovered that it was an aftermarket product that was installed in the vehicle. He feels that the manufacturer should use better parts in the vehicle. The manufacturer did not take responsibility for the repairs. The current and failure mileages were 83,000. Updated 05/11/09. The clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing. Updated 05/11/09.
