Number 4 injector line fails on 5.9L cummins crd which results in spraying fuel over the engine compartment. This is caused by the clamps on the support for the line coming loose and allowing the line to vibrate and crack. The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 megacab. While driving approximately 40 mph, the vehicle began to make loud noises coming from the front end. The contact drove the vehicle to a Dodge dealer and they stated that there was contaminated fuel in the fuel tank. The current and failure mileages were 56,000.
