Went to my dealer with complaints that my truck was impossible to start. The dealer Ron Bouchard's Auto, located in Fitchburg Ma, determined that the truck had blown the turbo engine and would require several weeks to repair. The dealer was impossible to deal with, claiming that the warranty was out of date. This on a truck, that was purchased new from him. After many threats, they agreed to fix the truck. When I picked up the truck, they did not give me any paperwork on what they did or what parts were installed. Nothing. This truck is one of several auto's that I owned and is seldom used thankfully. If I had to depend on this truck, I probably wouldn't.
ps I strongly recommend that if you are thinking about either Ron Bouchard's Auto
or Dodge, you look elsewhere as neither one of these care about you other than for your
$$.
