my piece of junk overcharges and the high voltage is over 15 volts and causes my ham radio to blow some transistors. need help, now the book says that the regulator should not be over 15 volts. that is too high.
The lights dim and go bright when the vehicle is first started in cold weather. Took it to dodge and they informed me that they all have that problem and they can't fix it.
