Had truck into service twice for this complaint, was told that unit was low on freon, found out after warranty expired that this was a common problem with Ram trucks.

You think if we pay 63k for a truck they should be able to fix the wrongs about them, This is the 2nd year that our will not have AC. It blows out but not cold. Its the wires that goes into the compresser that is burning up. Buddy of mine fixed it a couple of years ago, but now they have burned into. Only way to fix the problem is buying a new $900 compresser. Maybe dodge needs to make the compresser with a plug in wire that can be changed out if it goes bad

Bad heater/ac mix and circulation on passenger side. Had a look myself at all of the vents and actuators. Can't find problem. Reluctant to take to dealer because of incompetence.
