The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 used to haul a 2018 Keystone Passport Ultra Lite Grand Touring. The contact stated that the thermostat in the RV failed to operate as needed. The RV was taken to the dealer, where the thermostat was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The RV was taken back to the dealer, where the thermostat was replaced a second time. Additionally, the contact stated that the RV interior structure had detached in several areas, and the RV was leaking an unknown substance. The contact stated that a nearby camper repair facility inspected the RV and opened the release valve, where water had accumulated underneath the RV. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown
The contact owns a 2004 Dodge 3500. The contact stated the dashboard and instrument panel was cracking and the parts near the top of the glass are detaching. The vehicle was not inspected by the dealer. The contact also stated that the gauges on the instrument panel are functioning normally. The failure mileage was unknown. The current mileage was 57,943. Updated 8/29/11 the dash was cracked in several places all the way to the wndshield. Updated 09/26/11
I have a 2004 Dodge 3500. The dash has two large cracks. One is above the airbag and I am concerned if the airbag comes out, will the dash come apart and hit the passenger.

I have 2004 Dodge Ram dashboard has began cracking badly. Have read many others with the same problem. Why isn't Chrysler being held accountable for this obvious product defect?
When mud gets underneath the vehicle, it does not go into park. The consumer has to continuously move the gear. The consumer thought the vehicle was in park and it was in reverse and was almost run over.
