When I turn the key off the A/C stays on sometimes till I turn the air conditioning switch to off and now it won't crank half the time unless I pull the steering wheel up and down till it arcs something and fires off. I smell a wire burning smell when the A/C is on and I put my hand down under the steering column and wires are cherry red hot
