The contact owns a 1999 Dodge Ram 35000. The contact stated that the headlights would flicker on and off then illuminate after two seconds. The contact replaced the headlight switch, bulbs and wires; however, the failure continued to occur. The failure mileage was 292,000 and current mileage was 292,492.
