While driving on a major highway touched the brakes and the brakes felt soft. When exiting the highway applied the brakes, and foot went to the floor. Consumer noticed that the brake line broke. Consumer complained that the use of aluminum brake line caused it to rust.
While driving ABS brake and brake indicator light came on, indicating that brakes did not work properly when applied, causing extended stopping distance.
While driving at any speed and without warning, applied on brakes and vehicle would pull to the left or right. Dealer has been notified. Dealer has serviced vehicle before for same problem; however has not found remedy for malfunction. Consumer adds after front pads were replaced front/rear brakes continue to lock up. While opposite end wheels roll free. Many attempts made to correct problem, but lock up still happens frequently. Steering seems very loose and is hard to keep vehicle straight. Power steering gear and steering gear box was replaced however truck continues to wander. Driver side seat cushion saggs. Seat bottom cushion replaced. Cab sqwaks on uneven ground. Black smoke from exhaust when cold or warm. Clutch slips. Dealer could not duplicate. Dimmer on dash lights burns fingers. When turning on turn signals, wipers will activate and rapid flash is heard. Difficulty getting into first gear. ABS jams when under a hard stop and during cold start. Lumbar is inoperative. Tranmsission leaking oil. Replaced output shaft seal. Master cylinder replaced. Most gears difficult to engage. Reverse is very stiff. Shifting 2-3rd will cause shifter to lock up and won't move at all. No problem found. Overhead console inoperative and replaced.

Front brakes lock up back brakes fail, no brakes on back after brakes were replaced. Consumer adds rear brakes lock up as well. ABS pulsates slowly. Rear brake shoes, master cylinder and proportioning valve were all replaced. However, problem still exists.
ABS and brake light keep coming on due to malfunction of ABS module. Took to dealer, and dealer indicated when put on computer error codes keep coming up.

While traveling with ABS indicator light vehicle stopped normally. However, while ABS indicator light was off and when depressing brakes, it resulted in extended stoopping distance. Speed odometer and ABS indicator is linked together.
While driving could step on brakes pedal hard, then will let go, but rear brakes will stay locked. Consumer has to keep driving, then rear brakes will release and work again.
Very bad engineer flaws, design, hard to keep going straight, trans. Vibrates/shakes truck, steering column feels loose, no help from hotline or dealer, engine spark knocks real bad under a load, rear brakes lock up constantly, Chrysler is aware of problems can't fix and meet epa emission law.
When brakes were applied to deactivate cruise control brake pedal went to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance. Dealer has been notified. Transmission grabs hard into second when it shifts, also when stopped it feels like it is getting tapped in the back end. Steering gear and steering shaft replaced, rattling noise while driving over bumps. Driver's door lock will not lock when using switch, dealer replaced.
Intermittently brakes lock up whith light pressure. One dealer has duplicated problem, but could not repair it. The master cylinder was found leaking and was replaced, however this did not correct the problem, the front brakes will lock and the rear brakes will roll free, sometimes it is the opposite that occurs, when the ABS grabs, it lets go too long before it grabs again, dealer refuses to diagnose and fix it, Dodge customer hot line left a message for consumer stating not to call them anymore.
While driving, consumer would apply brakes and vehicle would pull severely to right or left. Steering wheel would bind up & become hard to turn. Sometimes there would be excessive play in steering. Consumer is pursuing the lemon law.
While driving then stepping on brake pedal andcoming to a stop brakes lock up on right front tire until wearing it out. The proportional valve was replaced and the problem was solved.
Brake problems; consumer took vehicle to dealer 4 times, but dealer couldn't find cause. When applying brakes pedal went down to floorboard, but there was no braking action. Accident occurred with $4100 damage. Consumer states that the horn is not working properly.
