Was replaced as per recall but the tie rod fractured again. Called Dodge, they said have it fixed and send us the bill, I did. They said they did not receive, it sent again, would not talk to me or have a manager call back as promised. Now are telling me case closed and dealer never sent paperwork in. Gave copies of paper work to my lawyer, we will see.
Update from Feb 3, 2016: ialso had the same issue with a 2008 ram 3500 the day before i received the recall notice they did pay me back but now say they did not have to so they say they do not have to pay for they new fractured tie rod end even though i have documents that htey replaced it once with faulty parts
Update from Aug 12, 2016: dodge has told my lawyer to get bent I am out $1500.00 that fixed the problem have had it happen three times on two different trucks has anyone else been told to bug off
