Got N49 recall notice in Dec 2013, called dealer to set up repairs. By Febuary 2014 I had not heard back from dealer, so called & was told dodge only sending one part per week and I was #35 on list. It is now May 17 and I am no closer to repairs. I bought this truck to pull my travel trailer with, but with the problem with the left tie rod recall we have not been able to go any where & have had to cancel several planned trips and cancel reservation.
I have called the dealer and chrysler/dodge many times with no results yet. I have bought dodge products since 1975 but will not any more because they treat there customers like crap and do not care if you are inconvenienced for half a year waiting on them to get their heads out of their butts and make a 2 hour repair with quality parts.
