Driving to York, PA on I 83 when I ran over a couple of bumps on the road. This threw my truck into a violent wobble causing the steering wheel to shake uncontrollably and the truck was bouncing all over the road like a jumping jack causing me to get thrown onto the shoulder almost striking the guardrail. The speed limit is 65MPH on this road. I was doing 65 MPH when this Death Wobble occured. The cars around me kept clear of me when they saw this happen and an 18 wheeler that was behind me almost rear ended me because I had to slow down to almost a stand still to regain control.
This is the fourth time in less than one week and twice today!!!. There should certainly be a recall on this as I am sure it will cause damage to the suspension and/or steering.
I hold onto the steering wheel with a death grip whenever I see a bump in the road. I am afraid this is going to kill me one day. I plan to take the truck to the dealer as soon as possible.
