I have been getting a clunk in the rear end when taking off and stopping. U joints are brand new. There is excessive backlash between pinion and ring gear, you can hold driveshaft and rotate back and forth. Taken it to dealer and private shop, found nothing wrong. I have read about pinion gears shearing off from this problem. Considering I transport my family and our travel trailer with this truck, the last thing I want is the driveshaft breaking loose. There are many others out there with this same complaint. It needs to be fixed!!!
