This is a joke. How the hell can Dodge put its name on a piece of s** product like this? I've bought Mopar for the last 12 years but I'm thinking Ford will be my next. These as don't even back the s** they stamp their name on.

dashboard cracking

Seems to be another known defect that goes unresolved. This is clearly bad plastic chemically or poorly formed. The cracks have been slowly advancing.

Update from Feb 20, 2016: My error, my truck is a 2001 not 2006
