Air park Dodge in Scottsdale Az said my warranty was up and i only had a 3 year 36000 mile warranty and 5 year engine. My paperwork and salesman says 3 year bumper to bumper and an additional 7 year on motor and drive train after 3 years is up. ( One of the reasonns i bought the Deisl and 3/4 ton I.L.O. of smaller gas motor). I have had fights with them since i bought iut of several things the latest is an oil leak. Brought to another mechanic who changes my oil becouse i saw a oil leak and figured the filter was loose or somthing, I was told main seal out and bring it to dealer as it is under warranty. Brought to dealer and they argued on warranty which they blamed on corperate Dodge for having computer wrong after i showed them my paperwork. Thewy still are trying to tell me i do not have the 3 plus ten year on my paperwork and in my book. They decided to fix or so i thought they said it was a transmission leak (which i had same 1 year ago and paid for) so they fix i bring to another mechanic becouse of the trust issue with them and he says main seal looks like it is not leaking but shows me wher transmission is still leaking ( more stains on my drivway) typed in Dodge complaints and this website came up so i started typing.
Honestly cannot believe the bait and switch tactics on the warranty i have in writing as well as the lack of ability from the mechanics to fix a leak on a vehicle with low miles on it and has been taken care of well. Maybe the bail out at Dodge gives them the write to change warrranty and do substandard work. Air Park Dodge in Scottsdale AZ has gone way down hill since it changed from Ed Mosses Dodge. Service Manager who seemed very lost was no help. Now i am looing for a mechanic ( not Dodge to look at my truck)
