There was an existing tsb on these year trucks stalling while turning well mine does it. This problem happens between 35-45 mph while braking in to a turn maneuver and stall leaving me with no steering or brakes. I feel this is very dangerous and needs to be addressed further with Chrysler/Dodge to be fixed.

2004 Dodge Ram quad cab with hemi engine. For several years has been stalling, when I finally realized it was stalling shortly after fueling and letting the fuel hose click off. I have had it to the dealer 3X and the usual no problem found answer was given. Just recently after stalling in an intersection after getting gas I took it back to the dealer. They replaced the vapor canister, solenoid and flashed the computer with an update. Picked up the vehicle and same thing happened stalled while turning into a grocery. Took it back dealer says no idea what it is-so they said all that is left is to change the fuel tank assembly, including fuel pump. I just fueled up, let the gas hose click off and now I don't see the stall, at least as yet. There are thousands of complaints out there with the same problem occurring each day and puts folks lives at danger when the vehicle is running slowly and/or turning at intersections etc. Chrysler should live up to the recognition od this serious safety problem.

Was driving down icy road and without warning the engine accelerated to near redline, sent the truck sideways and within seconds of disaster the engine finally decelerated and I got control of the truck. After cautiously limping the truck home, lost all throttle response, then after short time was erratic. This is a possible deadly situation if this occurred in the wrong situation. Dodge/Chrysler needs to address this problem before someone is killed. A code of P2121 and P2123 came up and I have been told the part alone is $530 to replace. Have not taken any action yet to get this item fixed. Will not drive the truck, will have to be towed. Not at all impressed with Dodge's product and will be the last time I purchase an "american" made product. My under warranty 2004 Dodge Ram with a hemi engine has loud lifters and runs rough. The lifter may seize causing the engine to suck a valve and seize the engine yet the dealer nor Dodge will do anything and claims it's normal. I have 2 other older Dodge's and I'm no fool. The engine has 29,000 miles and when I first complained it had 20,000. Please guide me to finding help.

I purchased a Dodge durango in Nov of 2004 brand new with only 42 miles on it. Since that date I have had it back to the shop where I purchased it 6 times. It would not start and had to be jump started for over a month, and now it just decided that if it wants to shut off no matter where it is or how fast it is going it just shuts off. I have returned it to the dealer ship and have not gotten a bit of help. I walk a way with the felling that I am the laughing stock of the dealership.

Vehicle dies while driving and has no stopping power. Consumer has taken vehicle to service department and it has been fixed twice. The last time he took it in they didn't want to put it on the machine to check to see if anything was wrong. This happened at least once every week. There was a problem with the front suspension making a clicking/popping noise. Even though dealer could not get it to duplicate they tightened the suspension bolts.

The vehicle continuously stalled in traffic. The consumer was recently driving the vehicle, and the vehicle shut off in the middle of the intersection. After the dealer serviced the vehicle which included replacing the computer, the vehicle's problems still exist. The last fix and the third time the incident occurred, the vehicle lost over 3 miles to the gallon of gas. The dealer stated that they programmed the software to run rich, which in return, burns more gas.
