I received from a letter from Chrysler "Chrysler has decided that a defect, which relates to motor vehicle safety, exists in some 2001 & 2002 model year Dodge Ram van. The problem: The ignition/park interlock system on your vehicle my become inoperative....Chrysler will repair your vehicle free of charge parts &labor..." I visited la brea Chrysler Jeep, la, ca 90036 places and requested that fix it but they told me we do not have a part (several times:from March to until today.) what should I do to fix my car?
