Driving down road and hood flew open on my 2001 Dodge 2500. Hood and latches bent back obstructing view completely. Traffic was light on a usually busy road which prevented further problems.
Driving down rural road the hood popped up blocking my view. I could see the side of the road under the open hood and pulled over hood has not been replaced yet.
At 35 mph hood opened without warning, destroying windshield and hood. There was no secondary latch on hood. Dodge dealer unwilling to investigate because vehicle was out of warranty.
