Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision at 45-50 mph, and the airbags did not deploy. Driver sustained minor injuries. Dealer and manufacturer have been notified.
While driving around a corner at approximately 15mph the sway bar fell out. Drove to dealer & mechanic noticed the sway bar hanging & had to repair it. The 2nd incident: Had lost steering control & hit a tree. Neither air bag deployed upon impact.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and airbags did not deploy. Driver sustained injuries, and vehicle was totaled. Manufacturer will be notified.

While making a turn driver's side and passenger's side air bags deployed for no reason. Driver was unjured on both hands. Skin was scraped from knucles and had numbness for 48 hours.
While driving about 40-45mph vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and the airbags did not deploy, resulting in minor injuries. The vehicle was totaled. The manufacturer will be notified.
Consumer was driving appoximately 50 mph. Upon impact, while driving an unfamiliar road which turned into a curve, lost control of vehicle. Hit a tree at 50mph, and neither air bag deployed. Vehicle hit head-on on the passenger's side.
On 3/19/99 I was involved in a head-on collision of significant impact and neither the driver's or passenger's airbag deployed. The accident occurred in amarillo Texas and a police report # 9922093 was filed. A state farm insurance claim # 43R231753 has been initiated, and the truck is being estimated at moss body shop in amarillo Texas. Chrysler was contacted and has inspected the truck and denied any and all product failure/defect. More information can be provided upon request. While driving 30 mph on wet pavement hit a patch of ice on the road, and the vehicle went out of control. Consumer then hit a tree head-on, and driver's side air bag didn't deploy.
Consumer was involved in a frontal collision in which the right and left sides of the vehicle were hit, and the driver and passenger air bags did not deploy.
While driving 50-55mph the vehicle had direct frontal impact, and the driver and passenger airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in this accident. Manufacturer stated " it did not meet the threshold of the airbag deployment."

While traveling approximately 35mph, drunk driver turned in front of Ram. The vehicle was broadsided by Ram & the dueal air bags did not deploy upon impact.
