While driving vehicle "popped" out of gear and consumer was not able to place back into gear. The dealer indicated that a nut in the manual transmission overdrive came loose knocking the vehicle out of gear.
While driving 65-70 mph vehicle started to slow down, consumer had to shift to 4th gear. Then, noticed 5th gear had gone out. Dealer said this was a known problem, it was a defective nut that dealer replaced to resolve problem.
