The tugboat has had rusty bumper issues since the second month I owned the truck. My dealership told me it was a screw that caused the bumpers to rust on the front and back of the truck but refused to change it. They polished the bumpers until recently. I bought the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty but that doesn't cover bumpers, only powertrain which is still covered anyways!

So the last time I took it in to have the tie rods replaced for the second time in 87000km I asked them to look at the bumpers but they refused since the warranty was up. I called Chrysler to complain to them but they said my dealership never reported a problem to them so they told me to take it up with the dealership. The dealership also failed to pay off the remaining loan on my previous vehicle in time so I got billed twice for it. They never even refunded my money! Awesome customer relations! Last Dodge I will buy.
