Cold December morning, had ice on the mirror, turned on heated mirror to thaw, watched a crack form and go across the mirror. Turned brown because of the self tinting going for sh*t. Local dealership wouldn't cover it because my warranty of 50,000 km. had expired even though I had the Gold plan. Nothin but junk.
