Ram 1500 SLT 4.7L

My truck leans back and to the left. The dealership said that it was within specification but they wouldn't tell me what the specifications actually were. When I measured it myself I found that the back left was more than an inch lower than the back right and I have noticed other Ram's with the same problem. Chrysler ought to be aware of this problem but won't fix it? The rear suspension seems to be too soft at that corner and causes the truck to lean. Even putting a small load of camping gear in the bed makes the truck squat down with its tail between its legs. It looks ridiculous. Now I need new tires at 12,000 miles because I was told that something must be wrong with the suspension, but nothing has been fixed. I called Chrysler customer service and they were no help either. I have owned two other Rams and was very happy before. Now, I'm disappointed and embarrassed to drive my crooked truck. Hopefully someone has found a fix?

Ram 1500 SLT 5.7L V8

Approximately 3 months after purchasing this new truck, the rear suspension was noticeably leaning to the left. I took it to the dealership to have it fixed. The dealership shop agreed that the suspension tilt was noticeable, but then said it was "within spec", so they wouldn't fix the problem. They said to come back if it got worse. I think this is terrible service (Helfman Dodge) on TOP OF less than impressive manufacturing settings / parts. I think this should be covered by my warranty, but the dealership just says they won't address it unless it gets worse. Why should I buy Dodge again? Will this be the end of it? Today I got a solicitation from Dodge to buy an extended/expanded warranty....but why if the simplest problem with their product is not covered under the brand-spanking-new warranty?
