When the paint flakes off down to bare metal and has hair line cracks across the roof and fenders it leads me to believe that the paint/primer has not bonded to the metal properly. The warranty on a truck is 3 years/60000k so the dealer is no help. This is the third new ram I have bought (04,06,09) and if I knew the paint will flake I would have bought a new one! I hope this has not happened to anyone else.
