This is the biggest pain. My spouse has a bad back so therefore he can not drive his own truck. The Dealership said that it wasn't covered under the warranty. The Passenger Front Seat Broke first. The Dealership said we will fix it and fix it so the warranty will cover it. Now that the Driver seat is broke they say there is nothing they can do. It will cost around $300.00 there not sure until that take it out to look and they wont take it out to look until I am ready to get it fixed. If it happened to both seats and most likely to other people too; it should be consider a factory defected, but who knows how long it will take dodge to put in recall is ever, so for I have to wait to get the money saved and then deal with the dealership BS to get it fixed.
