blower motor will slow down to almost stopping

I replaced the blower motor thinking that would solve the problem but it did not. The problem went away for a while but it showed up again after 1 year. I talked to a Dodge parts man and all I hear are crickets, huhh, what, never heard of that before!?

A/C condensor fan went out. By the way I live in fl, hot as sh*t in summer. Blowing Hot as hell. Truck's only 6 yrs old. But as my mechanic said. Awful part from dodge. Got it fixed. But what the hell. I have an old chevy.... No issues.
