Truck has only 55,000 miles, has never been used hard off-road and the lower ball joint boots are shredded!

This is my first dodge truck, always had Fords, never had something like this happened to any of my vehicles

the truck is 7 years old but only has 18100 miles on it and the ball joints should not be bad the uppers are fine the lowers are shot the rubber seal is ripped what would cause this .This shouldn't be must be cheap quality

the whole front end on this truck is sh*t, the front end should all be under recall
