This seems to be a major safety deal when driving with lights on at night the lights will just shut off on their own. The only way to correct the problem is to switch it to parking light mode then the regular lights will work once this shuts off switch it back to the regular then it will work for a brief moment. This is something that i hope will get fixed soon the only thing I hear that might fix the problem is electrical grease on the switch or even just replacing the switch which should be fun for the dealer to have us purchase at their store. In the United States things are made to break for us to purchase to economy going but with the price of vehicles these days they should last longer that the dumb warranty.
