The price tag of $ 0.00 is only a result of my mechanic feeling soooooo bad about this forsaken truck and I give him all my business anyway.
Again, Check Engine light on and head gasket problems expected after first repair and 3 month later antifreeze smell when starting engine (see other complaint).
When removing the valve cover, the rocker for inlet valve #5 was found completely off its bearing, laying inside the head!
My mechanic fixed the problem. Also re-machined the head, hoping to stop the coolant leak into cyl #7 & 5.
