I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L. 118,000 miles on engine and my truck started stalling at stop signs or stop lights about every 10-15 minutes while driving. Even making full right turns at low speeds. The check engine light never was lit when problem occurred which was odd because most sensor related issues happen when it happens. Read a couple of forums on my truck with similar issue and most people with the same complaint said it was the TPS ( throttle positioning sensor ). After purchasing the part for around $30. installed it with very little effort with the proper tools it took a little less than 30 minutes. Test drove for around another 30 minutes and problem solved.
Others with similar issue replace fuel pump, changed spark plugs, replaced oxygen sensors and some worked and some didn't. I suggest go with the cheapest very little effort part to change first. If you have checked engine codes, go with those and change the recommended part.
