- PCV And Throttle Body Cleaning - Steve (Hemi-Pup) gives and excellent description on cleaning the throttlebody, how to get to it - photos - the works. Had the same problem as everyone here - engine light; ETC; rough running lack of power. Get off the road shut it off and restart. The dealer said the ETC was going and to just drive it til we couldn't take it any longer. I found Steve's article; cleaned the TB and saved close to a $1K. If you replace the PCV it costs $44+(rip off). Good Luck Dave

For about a week now my truck has randomly had the CEL (check engine light) and ETC (electronic throttle control, red lightning bolt) come on and i have experienced a significant loss of power, rough idle, stalling out, and it feels as if it unwilling to go into O/D. I come up with trouble codes p 2175 and p 2106. I have tried injector cleaner, throttle body cleaner, and am about to attempt cleaning the IAC, anyone have any suggestions or fixes?
