When the consumer applied the brakes, the pedal went to the floor. The consumer was unable to maintain control of the vehicle and rear ended another vehicle. Both air bags did not deploy. No injuries. The vehicle was towed and totaled by the insurance company. Please fill in additional information.
While driving 35 mph, the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Both frontal air bags failed to deploy. This caused the driver to sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. The vehicle was towed to a garage.
The vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 70 mph and the air bag failed to deploy. The driver was transported to the local hospital by ambulance.
Chevrolet Avalanche ran stop sign in front of me while I was travelling about 50 mph. I T-boned the Avalanche between the front and rear driver's side door, rolling the Avalanche onto it's side. Neither the driver, nor passenger, airbags deployed on my Dodge Ram 1500. My Ram was totalled due to frame damage. I was blown off by dealership, now waiting for a call back from Chrysler.

Consumer fell asleep at the wheel and struck a telephone pole dead slightly away from the center of the vehicle. Upon imact, airbags did not deploy. Vehicle was drivable. Dodge had not been contacted, nor had the vehicle been serviced.
Consumer stated while traveling 45 mph vehicle was involved in an head on crash, and driver's side air bag did not deploy. Passenger's air bag was turned off by key.
While driving at 40 mph vehicle impacted a brick wall. Upon impact, neither the driver's side nor the passenger's side air bags deployed. Driver sustained serious bodily injuries.
While driving at 50 mph on a commercial street another vehicle turned directly in front of consumer's vehicle and the consumer's vehicle collided with the right front of the other vehicle that was making the turn. The consumer was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision, but the air bags did not deploy. Vehicle was totaled. Consumer did suffer some lower back pain the next day, but did not have to be hospitalized.
2001 Dodge Ram 1500, 45 mph direct frontal impact no airbag deployment. I was recently involved in an accident, the vehicle described took a direct blow to the frontal area. I contacted Dodge and reported the failure, 08/20/03 as of 9/16/03 I've gotten no response from them. I am asking if there is any recourse that I can take. My truck was totaled, Dodge took the truck to the dealer for testing, but nothing was said about their findings.
While driving 40 mph consumer's vehicle had a rear end collision with another vehicle, and the drivers side airbag did not deploy. Passenger side air bag had an on/off switch attached. No one was injured in either vehicle, and a police report is on file.
Consumer states her husband was involved in an automobile accident today, and air bags on the driver side did not deploy. Not only did the air bag not deploy but the steering column and the part where the gauges are all dropped down to the floor and the driver injuried his legs. While pulling inside of a parking lot and without prior warning. Another vehicle hit consumer's vehicle from driver's side and airbags didn't deploy at all.
The rear passenger axle failed, however the manufacturer/dealer refused to honor the warranty. This occurred while the consumer was going up a mountain when the vehicle suddenly went out of control, dropped to the ground and went into a right tail spin. The consumer struck another vehicle on the left rear side. The consumer stated the air bags did not deploy.
Frontal air bags failed to deploy during a collision. A safety recall was conducted, however vehicle was not included in the population of vehicles affect in the safety recall.
Consumer states was turning into oncoming traffic and hit head-on by another vehicle traveling approximately 55mph. Both driver and passenger air bags did not deploy.
