While proceeding through a green light at about 25 mph another vehicle traveling at 50 mph ran a red light, causing a head on collision. Consumers vehicle struck other vehicle on front drivers side. Upon impact, none of the airbags deployed.
Vehicle was forced off the road into a creek, and both air bags did not deploy. Manufacturer notified. Feel free to provide any further information concerning this matter.
Front crash at 35-40 mph, rear ended another vehicle. Neither airbag deployed. Consumer had whiplash and a concussion. $ 16000 damage to front end of vehicle.

Frontal air bags failed to deploy. Consumer was traveling at approximately 55 mph, and when crossing an intersection, another vehicle crossed in front and he hit right front of other vehicle at approximately 35 to 40 mph. Air bag failure to deploy has not been determined.

Consumer was going 35-40mph and hit other vehicle broadside. Massive front end damage.steering wheel had to be lifted for consumer get out of vehicle. Front airbags gave no signs of trying to deploy. Vehicle was totalled. Dodge sent out an independent inspector to body shop. Consumer hasn't gotten a reason from anyone why airbags didn't deploy.
While driving 35 mph another vehicle was making a turn and was "T" boned by truck. Neither air bag deployed upon impact. Driver had seat belt on, but sustained following injuries, whiplash/ head hit window at catacorner post, and back problems.
I was traveling around 30mph. Came up on stop sign road turned to ice coud not stop hit enbankment head on shoulder strap did not catch face hit windshield cracked nose in two places.if air bags would have deployed injuries would not have been so bad !!!
Consumer was traveling about 50mph on highway and was going East, and second vehicle was going South. Also, consumer's vehicle ran the stop sign, and hit other vehicle on the passenger's side. Upon impact, airbags didn't deploy. Dealership will be notified.

While raining consumer fell a sleep at the wheel and hit a telephone pole. Then hit an enbankment and landed in the water. Upon impact, air bags failed to deploy, resulting in injuries.
