I see there is no campaign for this, but there was a service bulletin I was able to find online several years ago. Ever heard of one, (service bulletin)? They are reports distributed inside dealerships that outline a problem that is a good candidate for recall but hasn't been admitted to yet. The reports have red and white barber pole stripes around all the edges with a warning to technicians that "showing this bulletin to anyone outside the dealership will be considered breach of confidentiality, and will be punished". I know, because I worked in a new car dealership, (not Dodge). As a tech, I would get a big stack of these every month. (don't tell)
