Dashboard cracked/split into pieces causing wires to be cut. Loss of headlamps, taillamps, and brake lights. Unknown if any damage has been done to the airbag system. How do I check that?

Headlights failed to remain on while in operation. Dealership has informed consumer that this vehicle was not included in recall 99V024000, and cause for this problem was unknown.
