Consumer states that the vapor canister is filled with some sort of black substance and the vehicle is not running properly. Contacted dealer and the dealer stated that the vehicle is not included in the recall.
The fuel tank rollover valve has been replaced, but the vapor canister has to be replaced because of the defect to the rollover valve which is now clogged.
