Began using BlueTooth system for first time since purchasing vehicle in 2011. After linking car BlueTooth system to mobile phone, after only a few weeks of usage now vehicle BlueTooth system jumps in and out from BlueTooth to handset during every call. Service updater software made a call 30 minutes after new software was installed, made no difference. Called service and was told they would need to keep my mobile phone, why? It's a Motorola smart phone, service also stated that software upgrade would prevent engine from shutting off after being started from remote starter, NOT!!!!
So am I clear in my thinking that if vehicle is taken in three times for same issue it falls under new car lemon law? Just inquiring.
