The dealership is very rude to begin with. They are always so busy that you have to wait to get things fixed. So the transmission just dies out of nowhere. The agency takes 2 weeks to look at it and get it fixed. Then 2 months later, I go to have it inspected and the power shaft is broken according to another mechanic. The Dodge dealership says they cannot see it for a week!! This is ridiculous for a vehicle that doesn't even have 60,000 miles on it. A terrible product (cheap) and also a terrible response on the part of the dealership. Very disrespectful to women. They make me HATE the thought of dealing with another car dealership. I think there should be dealership ran by women. That's what this world needs because the treatment is so lousy and they try to rip you off and distrespect you. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT OF THEIRS!!!
