I had my TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) pack it in 10 days ago. To my utter disbelief and absolute disappointment, there are NO PARTS AVAILABLE anywhere in North America. I have been told by my dealership that they have no visibility to when the part will ready. I've been told it could be a week it could be a month. As I continue some investigation into this, I'm hearing that it could not just be a month but more in the 2-3 month range ... and Chrysler will do NOTHING for me.
This is entirely unacceptable and ridiculous. Luckily I have access to a vehicle which is allowing me to go about my daily life, but if that wasn't available to me, I could potentially be out of pocket almost $6K once the cost of the repair and rental were all factored in. WOW!!!
I hope that someone is doing something about this, because this is totally unacceptable behavior for a multi-billion dollar global organization!
