The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Nitro. The vehicle has a manual transmission and was sold with a non-functioning parking brake. The contact noticed the defect while driving off the dealer lot. The vehicle is currently at the dealer and they are unsure of when the replacement will become available. The current mileage is 537 and the failure mileage was 267. Updated 01-29-08. The throttle did not retard properly when it was released
